Let's Get Started
Step-by-Step Instructions
Spray doughnut pan with baking spray.
Don’t have a doughnut pan? You can use a muffin tin with a small ball of tin foil in the center to create a doughnut hole.
While the oven is preheating, roughly chop your lavender, reserving some whole lavender for garnish.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbs melted butter, and 2 eggs. Add in the baking mix. Stir until well combined.
Using a spoon or piping bag, add batter to doughnut pan(or muffin tin described above), filling just shy of the top. If you are using a muffin tin, fill just under 1”.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool. While the doughnuts bake, you can begin prepping the glaze.
6. Glaze
Working in batches. Combine 1/2 cup of glaze with 1 tablespoon water or lemon juice and whisk until smooth. Repeat as needed.
Dip the top of each doughnut in glaze, let glaze set and enjoy!
