Nestled in the highlands of the Lower St. Lawrence, this maple bush sprung from the rocky soil of the Appalachian Mountains a century ago. Its current owners marvel at how this arid land is able to yield such flavourful amber syrup with hints of maple taffy with a hint of cinnamon.
