From real to reality

It was at the foot of the Appalachians, in an exceptional setting nicknamed the “Swiss countryside” in Quebec, that two city dwellers in search of freedom and nature set out to make their dream come true—to make a living from farming. And they’re still there today, nearly 40 years later, with a hundred or so sheep, an ancestral orchard, and a passionate new generation that produces the GRAND OR award-winning maple syrup with a taste of real maple (a dominant pure maple taste) that lingers in the mouth.
